What it handles

Digital lessons, assessment and teacher development

01. Teaching

Lessons that outlive the lesson

Content, notes and activities live in the course, so a learner who was absent is not permanently behind.

  • Curriculum-aligned content ready to assign
  • Teachers adapt or add their own material
  • Works offline for boarding and low-connectivity sites
Cuts re-teaching and photocopying.
02. Assessment

Marking, records and reports

Set work, collect it, mark it and report on it without moving anything into a spreadsheet.

  • Assignments and quizzes with automatic marking
  • Progress per learner, per class, per strand
  • Term reports exported for parents and the board
The reason most schools buy a platform at all.
03. Teachers

Staff development, at no extra cost

Your teachers get their own courses and CPD records on the same platform, free of charge.

  • Unlimited free teacher and admin accounts
  • Induction for new staff each January
  • CPD hours logged and exportable
Turns a cost line into something the board can see.

What the school is actually buying

A branded learning platform for your school

01. Branding

It looks like your school

Your crest, colours and domain. Learners and parents sign in to your school, not to a vendor's product with your name in the corner.

02. Structure

Campuses, grades and streams

Mirror the school. Each campus has its own administrator and its own results; the group office sees every campus at once.

03. Assignment

Enrol by class, not by hand

Learners join their courses by grade and stream at the start of term. Nobody keys a class list into the platform twice.

04. Evidence

Reports a parent accepts

Submissions, marks, feedback and progress against learning outcomes, exportable per learner, per class or per term.

05. Access

One login, teachers free

Sync learners from your school management system so admissions flow through. Teacher, HOD and administrator accounts cost nothing and are never counted.

06. Standards

SCORM, xAPI, exportable

Bring in courseware you have bought, take your records out. Nothing here is locked in a format only we can read.

Before you ask

School LMS questions from heads and boards

Where does our learner data live?

On infrastructure specified with you before signing, with a Kenyan hosting option. Learner data belongs to children, so retention, who may access it and what happens to a record after a learner leaves are all written into the agreement rather than left to a policy page.

What happens to learner records if we leave?

You take them. Learners, submissions, marks and progress export in standard formats, and content is SCORM or xAPI so it loads into any compliant platform. A learner's record has to follow them through school and out the other side; it cannot be trapped in whichever system the school happened to use in Grade 6.

Our enrolment changes every term. How does billing cope?

Enrolment is set once at the start of the academic year, not counted per term, so a few withdrawals or late admissions do not change the invoice. A material change in roll moves you to the right band at the next annual review, in either direction. Teachers are never counted.

Will it work with our school management system?

Usually. We build connectors for school management systems that expose an API or a scheduled export, so admissions and class lists flow through once rather than being typed twice. Tell us what you run on the call and we will say plainly whether it is straightforward, custom work, or not worth doing.

Why not just use a free classroom tool?

For one teacher sharing worksheets, a free tool is fine, and we will say so. The difference shows up when the school needs curriculum-aligned content it did not write, records that survive a teacher leaving, reporting the board and parents will accept, and learning that works when a learner has no data at home. If none of that applies, you do not need us yet.

Who supports teachers and learners when they get stuck?

Your ICT lead and heads of department handle enrolment, classes and content questions. we train them on it in the first week. We support the platform: uptime, upgrades, defects, and anything the school cannot resolve. The split is written into the agreement, so nobody is guessing the night before an exam.
